WEEKLY MESSAGE: THE POSITIVE CHIROPRACTIC MESSAGE CONTINUES TO SPREAD THROUGHOUT THE USADate: 8/21/06 Since July the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress has taken the first significant steps toward increasing the public’s awareness of the benefits of chiropractic care by initiating two month campaign advertising in the national publications of Newsweek, U.S.News and World Report, and Sports Illustrated. Have you seen the full page advertisement of Sarah Harding, Ms Fitness 2006 proclaiming the positive benefits of chiropractic care on her career in these publications? By the end of August, this promotion will have been seen by over 12 million of their subscribers. For more information regarding the schedule of this promotion in your state or more information regarding Ms Harding go to the links provided below. This summer advertising campaign will be followed by a more comprehensive campaign that will extend beyond this year. Beginning in September and for each month until August of 2007, a publication with a circulation of over 2 million will feature a testimonial by a prominent chiropractic patient. Additionally, we plan to make a major effort to increase the coverage for chiropractic in the major media markets in the country. NEWSWEEK MAGAZINE The July 24th issue of Newsweek went to 967,000 subscribers in the states of Montana, California, Maryland, Idaho, Nevada, Washington, Kentucky, Oregon, Georgia, Connecticut, Indiana, and New Jersey. The July 31st issue of Newsweek went to 492,000 subscribers in Washington D.C., San Francisco, New York The August 14th issue of Newsweek went to 1,425, 000 subscribers in Connecticut, Mass chutes, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Georgia ,Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana.
SPORTS ILLUSTRATED The July 17th issue of Sports Illustrated was a special issue on golf that went to over 750.000 subscribers throughout the county. The July 24th issue of Sports Illustrated went to the 427,000 following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Wyoming. U.S.NEWS AND WORLD REPORT The July 31st issue of U.S. News and World Report went to over 628,000 subscribers in the following areas: Chicago metro, Indianapolis metro, Cincinnati metro (Indiana), St Louis metro (Illinois), Illinois less metros, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia metro (NJ), and New York less metros, New York Metro, Florida. The September 4th issue of U.S.News and World Report will be sent to over 675,000 subscribers in the following areas: Detroit, West Virginia, New York Metro, Maine, Rhode Island, Pittsburgh, New York, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Massachutes, New Hampshire, Georgia, Arkansas, Louisiana Oklahoma, and Texas .MORE TO COME later. |
